We have a block of rooms set aside at the adjoining Hilton Garden Inn. The Hilton is giving us a special discount for our convention. The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel. The cost is $106 per night, double occupancy which means $54.00 per person per night. (single, three and four person rooms are also available) The elevator brings you from your room to the convention level, so there are no stairs to climb.
Breakfast at the Hilton restaurant is included with the room.

Layton is 35 minutes north from the Salt Lake Airport. Plan to arrive in SLC on Friday and depart Tuesday.

Classes: In the seven classes you will have the opportunity to use huck, waffle cloth and monk’s cloth in seven different projects.
Small item swap: Bring a small finished Swedish weave project to swap, such as, a table runner, a pillow, a set of placemats, etc.
Frog Exchange: Have you ever had a mistake and needed to ribbit, ribbit, rip it out? Frogs have become the mascot of stitchers. Bring a small frog item to exchange. Please keep the cost down to $5 dollars.
Meals: Breakfast comes with the Hilton Inn rooms. You will be given tickets at check-in. Lunch and supper are on your own, except for the last night’s banquet. Besides the restaurant at the convention center there are many lovely restaurants close by for you to choose from.
Banquet: On our last night we have a special banquet planned right at the convention center.
Convention Store: You will find lots of monk’s cloth, yarn, needles, books, huck toweling, huck fabric, huck cloth, waffle cloth and kits and more.
We have activities planned for your non-weaving adult traveling companions on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. For these activities, any costs, including travel, will be their responsibility.
